Who you will see

Dr. Derek Pehur leads the southwest office. This location was formerly known as 20/20 ChiroYoga and has been under the same ownership throughout. The name changed in 2025 when the practice rebranded to RejuveN8: Wellness, Injury, & Nerve. Nothing else did.

What we treat here

Peripheral neuropathy, with the complete evaluation and treatment program on site: structured sensory testing across six channels per foot, thermal imaging of circulation, and a severity score tracked over the course of care.
