About Dr. Jason Bauer, DC

Dr. Jason Bauer is the founder and CEO of RejuveN8: Wellness, Injury, & Nerve. He has practiced chiropractic for more than twenty-six years, with the last five focused specifically on peripheral neuropathy.

Before Las Vegas

Most of Dr. Bauer's career was spent in California, practicing in San Diego and San Jose. In San Diego he owned and ran Dr. Bauer's Advanced Wellness. He relocated to Nevada and opened his Las Vegas practice in November 2018.

Building the practice

The practice opened as 20/20 ChiroYoga, a name that reflected an approach combining chiropractic care with yoga-based movement therapy from the very beginning. In 2025 it was rebranded to RejuveN8: Wellness, Injury, & Nerve, a name that better described what it had become: injury care, nerve care, and general wellness under one roof.

It now operates three offices across the valley. Henderson on Wigwam Parkway, led by Dr. Scott Yoshizaki. Southwest Las Vegas on Rafael Rivera Way, led by Dr. Derek Pehur. And North Las Vegas on West Craig Road, which opened in 2026. Across the team, the doctors and staff carry more than sixty years of combined experience in health and wellness.

Clinical focus

Three areas make up most of the caseload. Personal injury and auto accident care, including attorney and lien work. Peripheral neuropathy, run as a structured program built on objective testing rather than symptom reports. And disc-related pain treated with non-surgical spinal decompression.

Techniques used in the practice include Diversified, Activator, and Thompson Drop adjusting, Active Release Technique, non-surgical spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, electrical muscle stimulation, and yoga therapy.

Measurement first

What most distinguishes how this practice runs is that it insists on numbers. Every neuropathy patient is scored across six sensory channels per foot, has circulation imaged thermally, and receives a written report of those findings whether or not they choose to start care. Retesting happens at intervals during treatment.

In a market where dozens of offices advertise the same treatments, the argument here is not that the equipment is unusual. It is that you should be able to see whether it is working.
