Dr. Derek Pehur grew up in Sterling Heights, Michigan. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Western Michigan University in 2010, then completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University in 2014. He is the lead chiropractor at the RejuveN8 Southwest Las Vegas office.

How he treats

Dr. Pehur is trained in a wide range of chiropractic techniques but relies mostly on Diversified and Activator. Diversified uses precise, hands-on adjustments, while Activator uses a small handheld instrument for a gentler, low-force approach. Having both means your care can be matched to what feels right for you.
